Article 1 - DEFINITIONS
Customer : Individual or Professional who places an order
GSC: General Sales Conditions.
Seller: SARL SGP. This is the sales professional who offers products to customers.
Product(s): goods offered for sale in the HOUSE KORNER website catalogue.
Website: HOUSE KORNER. This is the seller's website used in the context of its professional activity.
Order: document used by customers to purchase products.
Article 2 - PURPOSE OF THESE GTC
The purpose of these GTC is to describe the terms and conditions of distance selling of goods/products (and/or services) between our company SGP and customers.
They set out all the rights and obligations of the parties with regard to their relationship.
The rules applicable to the online sale of goods offered by SGP from the website www.housekorner.com are specifically set out here.
The aforementioned GTC are deemed to have been accepted by the customers without any reservation.
The company reserves the right to adapt, modify or delete any part of the GTC at any time, it being understood that the version of the GTC applicable to customers remains the one in force on the day of their order.
Article 3 - INFORMATION ON PRODUCTS
The products that are governed by these general conditions are those that appear on our website www.housekorner.com
These products are offered within the limits of available stocks.
The products are presented and described as accurately as possible.
The products are handmade and handcrafted. The data announced such as dimensions, weights, colours, shapes are the most precise possible but there may be variations and nuances.
Product images are not contractual. Variations in colour, shades and defects may exist.
Article 4 - THE ORDER
Customers must place their order in accordance with the specifications mentioned on the site www.housekorner.com, for all the products which appear there and of course within the limits of available stocks.

The placing of the order on the website will be confirmed by the implementation of the double-click mechanism.
Once the products selected by the customers have been added to the basket, the customers must check and correct, if necessary, the contents of their basket before any validation.
In order for the order to be validated, customers must accept, by clicking where indicated, the present GTC and indicate the address and delivery method they wish to use as well as the payment method.
Once a payment default, an erroneous address or any other problem resulting from the customer's account is noted, the company SARL SGP, seller on the site www.housekorner.com, may block the order until the problem detected is resolved.
Article 5 - THE PRICE
The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the prices in force at the time of the order, subject to the products available at that date.
The prices indicated include VAT in euros and do not take into account the delivery costs which will be invoiced in addition and specified before any validation of the order.
The payment of the totality of the price must be carried out at the time of the order.
The sums paid cannot be considered as a deposit or advance payment.
Article 6 - PAYMENT OF THE ORDER
The products presented on the site are payable at the time of the order.
The sale will be considered final after the seller has sent an e-mail to the customer confirming acceptance of the order and after the seller has collected the price.

Article 7 - LATE PAYMENT
The company SARL SGP reserves the right to refuse to carry out a delivery or to honour an order from a customer who has not paid for an order in full or in part or with whom a payment dispute is being administered.
As part of an order verification procedure and in order to ensure that no one uses the bank details of another person without their knowledge, the company may ask customers to send a copy of an identity document and proof of address by e-mail. The order will then be validated after verification of the customer's personal information.
Article 8 - ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
The final validation of the order as well as the online provision of the customer's bank details are considered as express acceptance of all the operations carried out.
This is also proof of the customer's agreement to pay the amounts due.
In the event of fraudulent use of the bank card, customers are invited to contact SGP as soon as possible.
Article 9 - FOLLOW-UP AND DELIVERY TERMS
Products are delivered worldwide.
For deliveries outside the European Union, different taxes may be applied. The customer undertakes to pay import taxes, customs duties, value added tax and other taxes that may apply in the country of delivery.
Delivery costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the type of order.
Article 15 - DATA PROCESSING AND FREEDOMS
The information collected by the company SARL SGP benefit from the protection of the Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation applicable since 25 May 2018.
The company SARL SGP collects personal data on customers in order to be able to proceed with the sale of products and is in this sense the person responsible for processing the said data.
The company guarantees the security of the processing of the information provided as well as the protection of the privacy of the customers.
The information collected may be used for commercial prospecting purposes or to improve the quality of the company's services.

Article 16 - NON - PARTIAL VALIDATION
If one or more clauses of these general terms and conditions of sale are declared to be contrary to a mandatory legal provision, the other clauses of these general terms and conditions of sale shall nevertheless remain applicable and the sales contract shall not be affected.
Article 17 - APPLICABLE LAW
The present GTC are written in French.
Therefore, the general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law, unless otherwise stipulated.
Article 18 - DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute arising from the contract or the GTC, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution as a priority.
Disputes that have not been resolved amicably between the company SARL SGP and the customers will be submitted to the competent courts.
Customers may also have free recourse to the mediation service offered by the company in accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the French Commercial Code.
