For decoration, delivery in France is generally two to three days depending on the carrier. For carpets, the delivery time is between 8 and 15 days. For cement tiles and zellige, allow one week if the product is in stock. If not, the delivery time is estimated at 3 to 4 weeks. These delivery times are indicative and are after receipt of payment.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you combine all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile objects.
